We are pleased to announce exciting tour options for families that are traveling with an attendee to Nashville for the 2008 NDMS Training Summit.

Airport Shuttle

Gaylord Opryland offers daily shuttle service round trip from the Nashville International Airport to Gaylord Opryland. You may find the Gaylord Opryland Welcome desk on the lower level of the airport located between the two escalators. A hotel agent will assist you with your ticket or you may use the hotel's convenient kiosk located at the desk. The agent will assist you with directions to the bus. In the event you do not encounter an airport agent, you may proceed directly to the bus and the driver will assist you with your ticket purchase. You will locate the hotel's convenient shuttle location immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.

Daily:

5am-11pm

Express Shuttle Service:

11am-7pm (Departs every 20 Minutes)

Cost:

$30 per person, round trip
$20 per person, one way

Car Rental

Many car rental companies are located on the ground level of the airport including the following companies:

Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise and Thrifty

Taxi

You may also hail a taxi from the ground level of the airport. There is a flat one-way rate of $22 from the airport to the Gaylord Opryland Resort.

Downtown Transportation

Once in Nashville you can ride the Gaylord Opryland/Wildhorse Saloon/Downtown District shuttle to downtown Nashville for:

$14 per person, round trip
$20 per person, round trip 3-day pass (unlimited use for 3 days)

Tickets may be purchased at the Concierge Desks or Front Desks in the Magnolia and Cascades lobbies of the Gaylord Opryland.

Hotel Complex Shuttle

Travels from the hotel and Radisson Hotel at Opryland to Opry Mills and back to Gaylord Opryland.

Monday – Saturday:

10:30am – 9pm

Sunday:

11:30am – 7pm
