General Information

With everything under one roof and a location just ten minutes from Nashville International Airport, the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center offers the utmost in convenience for their guests.

Over 2,881 appointed guest rooms overlooking nine acres of breathtaking indoor gardens and cascading waterfalls. Dozens of entertainment options, specialty shops and restaurants provide all the amenities you need.

Under climate-controlled glass atriums, you'll be surrounded by nine acres of lush indoor gardens, rivers and pathways, and sparkling waterfalls where you can unwind, explore, shop, dine, and be entertained. Highlights include a 44-foot waterfall, laser-light and fountain shows, and tours aboard our Delta Flatboats- right inside the hotel.

A block of rooms at the Training Summit rate has been reserved for the "2008 NDMS Training Summit". It is the individual’s responsibility to secure lodging. New reservations are only being accepted through the Training Summit registration site.

The rates listed below will be available until Tuesday, February 12, 2008 OR the Training Summit block is filled. Based on history of the previous years events’, we recommend you registering to attend the event early. We cannot guarantee all attendees will be able to stay at the host hotel. Reservation requests received after 5:00 p.m. CT at the hotel on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

All individual reservations must be accompanied by a major credit card to guarantee the room, the hotel will not charge the attendees credit card until check in. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 72 hours prior to your original arrival date or you will be charged one nights stay. Room reservations received by February 12, 2008 will be confirmed at the group rate.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. local time. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. local time. Anyone checking out after 11:00 a.m. local time may incur late charges. Special arrangements can be made for late check-outs based on availability, and/or luggage can be stored for individuals with later departures.

Radisson Hotel Opryland offers daily shuttle service round trip from the Nashville International Airport to Radisson Hotel Opryland. You may find the Radisson/Gaylord Welcome desk on the lower level of the airport located between the two escalators. Our agent will assist you with your ticket or you may use our convenient kiosk located at the desk. The agent will assist you with directions to the bus. In the event you do not encounter an airport agent, you may proceed directly to the bus and the driver will assist you with your ticket purchase. You will locate our convenient shuttle location immediately to the left as you exit the front door of the lower level of the airport.
